MY CURRENT RESEARCH:
The expansion of the use of judicial review and tort to develop democracy
Commencement date: November 2009
Target end date [interim]: December 2010
This project goes beyond my work in employment law and embraces my interest in law and justice generally. Tort and judicial review are areas of the law that are hugely under-utilised and if stengthened have the potential to reinvigorate our democracy and provide a stronger system of justice for people and for the wider environment generally.
