We draft employment and self employment contracts and provide legal opinion on all employment law matters. We can assist employees and employers with disciplinary and grievance issues. We negotiate settlements to individual and collective disputes and represent the employee and employer at employment tribunals in cases of unfair dismissal, redundancy, and discrimination.
